A musical Genesis that explores the intimate, sensual and playful universe of the female nude through the search for symbols of femininity to represent the archetypes of women on a mystical and dreamlike level, through the work of Flor Garduño, until the birth of the first polyphonies. The Assumptio Beatæ Mariæ Virginis belonging to the Misteri d’Elx to decipher the Metamorphosis on the intensely personal and highly transformative language of Carmen Calvo’s installation. The voluptuousness and Concupiscence of courtly love and lovelessness of the medieval troubadours and the romantic lyric avant la lettre of Ausiàs March to explore the love and crystallised ecstasy of Isabel Muñoz’s photographs from a particular vision of the body and sexuality. Finally, a prophetic Sibyl and a distant epitaph remind us that no one is exempt from the Apocalypse, reflecting on the meaning of this inevitable futility of time, in the manner of vanitas, with the installation by Eva Lootz.
