INTERDISCIPLINARY STUDIES AROUND THE CANTO DE LA SIBILA VALENCIANA

The Sibyl is an emerging issue, and since the proclamation in 2010 of the sibilant Song (adhered to the context of Mallorca) as Intangible Heritage of Humanity, Sibyls proliferate everywhere across the Spanish gound. It is a curious phenomenon, considering that, except in Mallorca and in some other place, the fragment interpreted stopped with the Council of Trent in 1563, with the disappearance of the Roman Breviary sermon that formed part from its origins. If the apocalyptic prophecies of the Sibyl should not leave anyone indifferent heard that in the past, in the 21th century are thought provoking.
